Miami Condo Market Investing Club™ To Host 1st Monthly Meeting

Expert Peter Zalewski will host the first virtual monthly meeting of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™ at noon on Wednesday, May 8.

The one-hour meeting will consist of a discussion of the latest condo trends in the tricounty South Florida region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

The topics to be discussed range from the 2025 Florida condo association financial cliff to luxury condos, distressed units to preconstruction projects.

Going forward, the meetings will be held from noon until 1 pm on the second Wednesday of every month.

The meeting is exclusively for members of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™. A hyperlink to access the virtual meeting will be sent via email to all Club members prior to Zalewski’s presentation.
