Peter is a former financial journalist, a Wall Street consultant, a licensed Florida real estate broker and an expert witness who has been admitted to the Florida Circuit Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Additionally, Peter utilizes his 30 years of experience to produce the “Miami Condo Market Intelligence Report With Peter Zalewski™” that is featured on Substack. He also hosts the “Miami Real Estate Investing Podcast With Peter Zalewski Of Condo Vultures®” that is available wherever you get your podcasts. The Youtube.com handle is CondoVultures.
Peter worked (in order ) as a staffer at Miami Today, WorldCity, South Florida Business Journal and Miami Daily Business Review between 1993 and 2006. Peter hosts the Miami Real Estate Investing Podcast that was launched in 2020 as an audio-only program. In 2022, the podcast upgraded to include video. The podcast is comprised of four programs: Condo Market Analysis, Miami Reporters Roundtable, One-On-One Guest Interviews and Word On The Street. A new daily program is scheduled to launch this autumn. The podcast is available anywhere you get your podcasts, including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and Spotify. Peter is a regular speaker in the South Florida region. He has spoken at numerous events hosted by various organizations ranging from the Miami Association of Realtors to the Urban Land Institute, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Miami Branch to the South Palm Beach Bar Association, and the Miami Herald to The Real Deal. Peter has also been a guest speaker in Atlanta, Bogota, San Francisco and Toronto.
