Back in 2007, the Vultures Database™ was launched in an attempt to create a clearinghouse for tracking condos, townhouses, and single-family houses in the tricounty South Florida region that have been discounted by at least 20 percent.
During the last six years, the Vultures Database™ has had to evolve as the number of distressed properties on the resale market decreased significantly.
To keep up with the times, the Vultures Database™ has been revised to track all residential properties that are in distress in the South Florida region.
