Expensive Problem? Fisher Island Condos In A Buyers Market

A review of 2023 condo statistics shows that the island community located south of Miami Beach has about 16.6 months of supply listed for sale during the South Florida Winter Buying Season.

Fisher Island – the ultra-wealthy community located south of Miami Beach – is in a buyers market for condos with about 16.6 months of supply currently listed for sale during the South Florida Winter Buying Season, according to an analysis of statistics compiled by CondoVulturesRealty.com.

In the 12 months of 2023, buyers purchased an average of slightly more than two units per month for a total of about 29 units between January and December.

Based on the current active listings in the Multiple Listing Service – a database used by Realtors to market condos – Fisher Island is in a buyers market with a supply of about 40 units available for purchase.
