Boca Raton Condo Market Confronted With Nearly 8-Month Supply Of Resales

A review of the latest condo statistics shows the average asking price in the Boca Raton market is about $806 per square foot.

The Boca Raton condo market is in a buyers market with nearly eight months of supply currently listed for resale in the final month of the South Florida Winter Buying Season, according to an analysis of statistics compiled by CondoVulturesRealty.com.

The Boca Raton market is defined for this report as Spanish River Boulevard south to Hillsboro Boulevard, and the Atlantic Ocean west to Interstate 95.

In the 12 months of 2023, buyers purchased an average of about 44 units per month for a total of more than 530 units between January and December.

Based on the current active listings in the Multiple Listing Service – a database used by Realtors to market condos – the Boca Raton area is in a buyers market with a supply of nearly 340 units available for purchase.
