Beginning at noon on Wednesday, May 8, expert Peter Zalewski will host the first – of what will be monthly – virtual meeting for members of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™.
At the May meeting, the topics to be discussed will range from the 2025 Florida condo association financial cliff to luxury condos, distressed units to preconstruction projects.
We will also introduce our new partnership with Miami-based Candor Title & Closing Services led by veteran title agent Clarita Rosa.
Clarita Rosa is the founder and principal manager of Candor Title.
The one-hour meeting will consist of a discussion of the latest condo trends in the tricounty South Florida region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach based on our proprietary research.
Going forward, the monthly virtual meetings are scheduled to be held at noon on the second Wednesday of every month throughout the year. Here is the schedule:
The meeting is exclusively for members of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™. A hyperlink to access the virtual meeting will be sent via email to all Club members prior to Zalewski’s scheduled presentation.
