South Florida condo sales dropped by 22 percent during the Summer Buying Season of May through October 2024 to levels last seen in 2009 during the Great Recession.
Added to this, the sector is already reeling from the rapidly approaching 2025 Florida Condo Association Financial Cliff resulting from the Surfside condo collapse.
