Miami Condo Correction Tour Of Brickell Avenue Area Set For Jan. 27

South Florida condo expert Peter Zalewski – who has been cited more than 1,500 times by local, state, national and international news outlets – is scheduled to narrate a condo correction walking tour of the changing Greater Downtown Miami market at 10 AM Saturday, Jan. 27.

Tour attendees are provided with a list of condo projects in the Brickell Avenue Area, a market assessment handout and unmatched expert analysis. Attendees should be ready for about a 4-mile walk – rain or shine – at a moderate pace with stops along the route.
