Asking prices for Vintage condos – units at least 30 years old – are listed for resale for about 46 percent less than the Overall average condo prices in Greater Downtown Miami.
Vintage condos are listed in Greater Downtown Miami for an average price of about $760,410 per unit and about $593 per square foot as of Feb. 3, 2025, at the peak of the 2024-25 South Florida Winter Buying Season that stretches from November though April.
Overall, Greater Downtown Miami condos are listed for resale at an average price of more than $1.4 million per unit and nearly $900 per square foot.
