Aventura is in a buyers market for condos with nearly 11 months of supply currently listed for sale during the South Florida Winter Buying Season, according to an analysis of statistics compiled by CondoVulturesRealty.com.
In the 12 months of 2023, buyers purchased an average of about 102 units per month for a total of more than 1,225 units between January and December.
Based on the current active listings in the Multiple Listing Service – a database used by Realtors to market condos – the Aventura area is in a buyers market with a supply of nearly 1,100 units available for purchase.
