Miami-Dade Rents Drop 2nd Straight Summer, Down 8% From 2022 Peak

A review of the Miami-Dade County rental statistics shows that the median monthly rental rate per unit is now $2,750 compared to nearly $3,000 in the summer of 2022.

Has the Miami-Dade County residential rental market peaked?

The number of leases completed in Miami-Dade County flatlined during the recently concluded 2024 Summer Buying Season, according to an analysis of statistics compiled by CondoVulturesRealty.com.

Tenants leased less than 150 more residential properties in Miami-Dade County during the 2024 season compared to a year earlier in the 2023 season.
