Miami condo expert Peter Zalewski of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™ will participate in a four-member panel discussion about the 2025 outlook for the South Florida real estate market.

The Miami Construction Forum is hosting the event titled “2025 (and Beyond) SoFla Real Estate and Construction Outlook” at Noon on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at the The Landing at MIA coworking complex in the Doral area of Miami-Dade County.

Zalewski – who is a former business journalist, Wall Street consultant, expert witness and licensed Florida real estate buyside broker – will sit on a panel with:

• James Curnin of Clara Homes;
• Asi Cymbal of Cymbal DLT Companies;
• And Bryan Gorrita of the Bar Group Real Estate.
