A chief building engineer who has overseen the operations of condo towers, office buildings and retail centers in South Florida for more than 30 years has revealed a number of secrets to evaluating condo towers in Florida.
Carlos Villanueva, principal of SeeWhyConsultingLLC.com, sat down for a a recent interview for the third episode of the ”Special Report: Florida’s 2025 Condo Association Financial Cliff” podcast series.
