Miami Condo Investing Club™ June 12 Meeting To Focus On Winter Buying Season Trends

The 75-minute meeting on Wednesday, June 12, will feature condo expert Peter Zalewski of CondoVultures.com.

The second Monthly Meeting of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™ is scheduled to be hosted online and start at Noon (EST) on Wednesday, June 12.

Club founder Peter Zalewski – who is a former business journalist, Wall Street consultant, expert witness and licensed Florida real estate buyside broker – will discuss the latest trends that emerged from the recently completed South Florida 2023-24 Winter Buying Season.

The annual Winter Buying Season traditionally extends from November through April when visitors flock to the tricounty South Florida region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach to take advantage of the weather, events and vibe.

Zalewski is expected to discuss the findings of a series of recently published reports with complementary charts that rank the best and worst South Florida coastal markets for condos, luxury condos, distressed condos and rentals.

The discussion will also include a focus on the countywide condo trends in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

The Monthly Meeting is expected to last about 75 minutes and include a 15-minute-long Questions & Answers session. It is exclusively for Club members. If you are not yet a member, you can join the Club on a monthly basis for $34.99 with this link.

Besides access to all reports, charts and Monthly Meetings, the Club also plans to host quarterly Meetup events for members to talk shop, pitch their services and discuss the latest trends they are witnessing in the trenches of Miami’s volatile condo market.

The first Meetup event is scheduled from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm Tuesday, June 18, in Miami’s Shenandoah neighborhood just west of Greater Downtown Miami, according to a recent report.

(Please note, the backup date of the Meetup event is Wednesday, June 19, in the case that the Florida Panthers hockey team is forced to play the scheduled Game 5 of the Stanley Cup championship series on Tuesday, June 18.)

As with the Monthly Meetings, the Meetup events are exclusively for members of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™.
