The Hollywood – Hallandale Beach rental market is in a tenants market with more than seven months of supply currently listed for lease in the final month of the South Florida Winter Buying Season, according to an analysis of statistics compiled by CondoVulturesRealty.com.
The Hollywood – Hallandale Beach market is defined for this report as the Miami-Dade County line north to Dania Beach Boulevard, and the Atlantic Ocean west to Federal Highway.
In the 12 months of 2023, tenants leased an average of about 160 units per month for a total of about 1,920 units between January and December.
Based on the current active listings in the Multiple Listing Service – a database used by Realtors to market condos – the Hollywood – Hallandale Beach area is in a tenants market with a supply of more than 1,175 units available for purchase.
