Tour attendees are provided with a list of condo projects in the in , a market assessment handout and unmatched expert analysis. Attendees should be ready for about a 4-mile walk – rain or shine – at a moderate pace with stops along the route.
Zalewski – a former financial journalist and real estate columnist who founded CondoVulturesRealty.com in 2006, CondoVultures.com in 2008 and Cranespotters.com in 2011 – will be available to answer questions and provide private consultations after the tour.
